Mall And Office Space Mix Latest Trend In Bucharest

Plaza Romania, AFI Cotroceni and Sun Plaza, all of which in Bucharest, are three of the malls that chose to surround themselves with office space. South Africa’s NEPI, the owner of Promenada mall in northern Bucharest, too, has recently announced it will add 30,000 square meters of office space in an extension that could be completed in 2018.
