NEPI Gets Building Permit For EUR37M Office Project

South Africa’s NEPI, which has a property portfolio of around EUR1 billion in Romania, last week obtained the construction permit for an office building next to the Government headquarters in downtown Bucharest, a project which will engulf EUR37 million.
