NEPI Holds 20% Of Retail Space In Bucharest

Real estate developer NEPI, which bought Auchan Titan Shopping Center from German-held Aberdeen Asset Management two days ago, has reached EUR446 million investments in retail centers in Bucharest so it now owns 186,000 square meters of retail space in the city, ZF has calculated.
