NEPI Wants To Buy Retail Park That Accommodates Metro And Praktiker

South-African investment fund NEPI is in the final stage of the acquisition of a retail park in Deva (western Romania) from a local entrepreneur. The park includes a Real hypermarket (which is set to be turned into Auchan), a Metro Cash & Carry store, a Praktiker DIY store and a few hectares of land. The transaction could be worth EUR30-EUR50 million, according to ZF estimates.
