Office Space Demand In Bucharest Reached Nearly 100,000 Sqm In 1Q/2017

Transactions in the first three months of 2017, in capital Bucharest, took the demand for new office space to 97,300 square meters, with the average value of a transaction rising to 2,400 sqm in the first quarter of 2017, from nearly 1,800 sqm in the year-earlier period, according to Knight Frank.
