One Of Eurisko Founders Sells Office Building In Bucharest Prima Area

Businessman Ionut Dumitrescu, best known as the founder and former shareholder of real estate consultant Eurisko which he sold to CB Richard Ellis at the beginning of 2008, has performed his second exit by selling the HQ Victoriei office building for EUR10 million to EUR12 million.
