One United Buys 5.3 Ha Plot And Office Building From Immofinanz For EUR39M

Real estate developer One United Properties, held by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, has bought the former 5.3-hectare site of the Ventilatorul plant in Bucharest and an office building in the Victoriei area in the center of the city, both of them from Austria’s Immofinanz.
