One United Properties At Its Third Major Acquisition This Year

Entrepreneurs Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, who own real estate company One United Properties, which specializes in premium and luxury residential projects, bought the plot of land at the intersection of the Nicolae Caramfil and Av. Alexandru Serbanescu in northern Bucharest, occupied by the structure of a communist apartment building abandoned after 1989.
