Predeal Hotel Ski&Sky Up For Sale At EUR0.78M Starting Price

The creditors of Romanian bankrupt Grup Constructii Montaj will hold an auction to hold the Ski&Sky hotel in the mountain resort of Predeal at a starting price of almost EUR780,000, Friday said Luminita Tanase, the company’s court-appointed administrator.

"We will hold a new auction on May 13, with a starting price of EUR779,400," Tanase said.

The 64-bed hotel was first put on sale on April 29, at a price of EUR866,000.

Three-star hotel Ski&Sky is located 50 meters off the Clabucet ski slope and it has a 100-seat restaurant, bar and two conference rooms.

Grup Constructii Montaj owes some 4 million lei (EUR982,000), including RON2.5 million to lender Bancpost and RON663,000 to fiscal watchdog ANAF. (EUR1=RON4.0744)
