Prodplast Owner Seeks EUR35M Loan To Build Shopping Center In Bucharest

Romanian businessman Florin Pogonaru wants to borrow EUR35 million to finance the building of a shopping center in Bucharest via his real estate firms Prodplast Imobiliare, whose share capital will be raised by EUR10 million for the same reason.
