RA-APPS Starts Direct Negotiation Sale Of State Property For 30% Less Than Auction Prices

Romania's state property authority RA-APPS has started direct negotiation procedures for the sale of property in its portfolio, at prices 30% lower than asked at auctions it held this year despite repeated warnings from real estate experts and which, predictably, didn’t attract buyers.
