Real Estate Consultant: Timisoara Overtakes Cluj-Napoca By Office Space Stock, For First Time

Romania’s western city of Timisoara became the biggest office space market outside of capital city Bucharest, at the middle of 2018, overtaking north-western city of Cluj-Napoca in terms of functional office space area, for the first time, considering that the stock has grown by 53,000 square meters in 2018, higher by 26% than the surface area delivered in 2017, data from real estate consulting firm Activ Property Services show.
