Real Estate Market Shows Revival Signs After Two Years

A large construction site stands in Floreasca, where the tallest building in Bucharest is being constructed; another site, next to the Polytechnic University, will host an office building. Smaller projects are also being built in Pipera, as well as in Charles de Gaulle square. Work is set to start on other developments this fall. The exuberance of 2007-2008 is not present anymore, but seems that the market is no longer frozen, as it has been in the last two years.
