Rent In GTC Malls In Romania Dropped To EUR3.8/Sqm In 1Q

The average rent in shopping malls owned by GTC in Arad, Buzau and Piatra Neamt reached EUR3.8/square meter/month, from EUR5/sqm in the first quarter of 2013 and EUR4.1/sqm at the end of last year, prices similar to those of industrial spaces.
