Companies are starting to look for modern office space in less ‚traditional’ cities, as new investments in industry or services are made, believes entrepreneur Ovidiu Sandor, CEO of Mulberry Development, which is developing the office space and residential project ISHO in Timisoara, valued at EUR130 million.
