Three-Room Apartment Prices Stable At EUR76,000 In H1

The average asking price of old three-room apartments in Bucharest reached some EUR76,250 in July, the same as in January this year, according to the real estate index compiled by ZF and real estate consultant Coldwell Banker based on the ads placed in the Anuntul Telefonic classifieds publication.
