Uniqa Real Estate Management Repositions Floreasca Tower

Uniqa Real Estate Management, the company that manages the real estate portfolio of Austrian insurance group Uniqa, is trying to reposition the Floreasca Tower office building in northern Bucharest, which has been sitting almost empty since the spring after Oracle decided to move despite a valid lease until 2016.
