WB: 55% Of Romania’s Housing Units Built Before 1970, 35% Need Urgent Repairs

55% of Romania’s housing units were built before 1970 and 35% of the country’s 8.5 million housing units need urgent repairs, as per a survey presented Wednesday by Ashna Mathema, Senior Urban Development Specialist in the Social, Urban, Rural and Resilience Global Practice of the World Bank.
