Reff & Asociatii | Deloitte Romania team assists Expo Market Doraly owners in sale to Belgium’s WDP

A multidisciplinary team of lawyers from Reff & Asociatii | Deloitte Legal and financial and tax consultants from Deloitte Romania assisted the owners of Expo Market Doraly, Gheorghe Iaciu and the real estate investment fund ARA Europe, in the sale of the business park in its entirety to the Belgian real estate developer WDP, the second largest owner of industrial-logistic spaces in Romania, with a portfolio of almost 1.7 million square meters.
