Regina Maria Merges Part Of Group’s Firms To Manage Cash Better

Regina Maria private healthcare operator, controlled by Advent International investment fund, has brought five of the companies part of the group under the umbrella of a single legal entity, Centrul Medical Unirea SRL, a move allowing for improved business management, according to the group’s representatives.
