Auchan Buys Half Of Tricodava Platform For EUR15M

French hypermarket chain Auchan, with EUR340 million in turnover on the Romanian market, last week bought half of former industrial platform Tricodava in the Bucharest district Drumul Taberei, which will accommodate a new store. The plot covers 2.7 ha and was held by Spanish company Pryconsa, with the value of the transaction amounting to EUR15-16 million, sources from the real estate market told ZF.
