Bunge Gets Competition Greenlight To Buy Prio Plant

Bunge, one of the largest vegetable oil producers in Romania, got the Competition Council’s approval to take over the oil plant in Lehliu Gara (southern Romania) of Martifer Group’s Prio Foods, sources on the mergers and acquisitions market say.
