Delamore&Owl Mulls Buying Vegetable Oil Producer Argus Constanta

US group Delamore&Owl, operating in trading, consultancy and energy sectors, wants to buy Romanian vegetable oil producer Argus Constanta (UARG.RO) and signed an agreement in this respect with Romanian investment fund SIF Oltenia (SIF5.RO), its majority shareholder.
