Delhaize Spent EUR14M On Acquisitions In 4Q, Mainly For Angst Stores

Belgian group Delhaize, owner of Mega Image and Shop&Go supermarkets, spent EUR14 million in the fourth quarter of last year on acquisitions, mainly for the 20 Angst stores, and recognized a provision of EUR5 million for the fine received from Romanian Competition Council.
