Razvan Diratian, commercial manager of Avon for Romania and the Republic of Moldova, says 2011 was the most difficult year in recent history for Romanian business, not necessarily because of the significant declines, but because of the instability that has made projections even over 3-6 months impossible. Moreover, 2012 is set to be just as uncertain.
