Holcim Romania Has New Sales & Marketing Manager

Cement producer Holcim Romania, the local division of Swiss group Holcim, said Wednesday it has appointed Bogdan Dobre as sales and marketing manager, replacing Bulgarian Rossen Papazov, who has been promoted to chief executive officer of Holcim’s subsidiary in Azerbaijan.
