Largest Retail Parks In Romania And The New Tenants They Attract

Smaller versions of the Baneasa project in northern Bucharest, Romania's largest retail park, are fighting and succeeding in getting new tenants. While expansion tends to be more difficult for malls because stores are usually under one roof, retail parks can constantly add new tenants to their list because they are located on the outskirts of cities and can build new space more easily. Many of them do.
