Mid Europa Partners Buys Retail Chain Profi For EUR533M From Enterprise Investors

Polish Enterprise Fund VI, a private equity fund administered by Enterprise Investors, announced on Wednesday, in Bucharest, that it signed an agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares of Profi Rom Food, the largest supermarket chain in Romania, toward Mid Europa Partners.
