Militari Shopping Center’s 9-Month Net Rental Income Down 12.1%, To EUR4.4M

Property firm Atrium European Real Estate said Tuesday its net rental income from the Militari Shopping Center in Bucharest fell 12.1% to EUR4.4 million in January-September 2014, partly due to a reduction of the rent paid by do-it-yourself retailer Praktiker, one of its mall’s largest tenants.
