Octavian Radu’s Fashion Brands Try Their Luck In Romania Again

British group Debenhams is in talks to return to the Romanian market under the umbrella of the franchisee of Bulgaria, one year after Romanian businessman Octavian Radu closed down the last two stores of the brand and gave up the franchise. The franchise of another two brands previously part of Radu’s portfolio, Springfield and Women’Secret, was taken over by another company, Peeraj Brands International.
