He took the reins of the Yum! brands in Romania - KFC, Pizza Hut and PHD – at the end of 2011 and has already made a big change by ditching Pepsi for rival Coca-Cola. His plans, however, don’t stop here. Mark Hilton seeks to double the local business, in terms of number of restaurants and turnover.
