Tiriac Sells 15% Stake In Metro Cash&Carry Romania, Exits Shareholders Structure

Cyprus-registered Zareba Holdings Limited, owned by businessman Ion Tiriac, sold its 15% stake in Metro Cash&Carry Romania to German group Metro, so that Metro currently owns a 100% stake in the Romanian unit.
