Romanian Antitrust Body Clears Mangalia Shipyard Takeover by Damen

Romania's antitrust body on Tuesday announced it has cleared the acquisition of a 51% in the Mangalia shipyard by Dutch BV Holding Maatschappij Damen from South Korean group Daewoo.
