Romanian Government To Soon Draft Ordinance To Regulate Unfair Competition - Antitrust Watchdog

Romanian authorities will complete this winter an ordinance aimed at regulating unfair competition, Bogdan Chiritoiu, president of the Competition Council, said Thursday, adding that duties in this field were transferred from the Finance Ministry to the antitrust watchdog this summer.
