Meraliyev Saduokhas, deputy general manager of KMG International Group, was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rompetrol Rafinare, after Catalin Dumitru had forgone the mandate of member of the Board of Directors and of the position of Board Chairman.
