SIF Banat-Crisana Dismissed SAI Muntenia Invest’s President

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1.RO), which majority owns SAI Muntenia Invest, decided in stockholders’ meeting September 10 to dismiss Mariana Dinu from the position of Board of Directors’ member as well as of Gheorghe Danut Porumb as Board member and president.
