SIF Transilvania Proposes Dividends At 5.58% Yield

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Transilvania (SIF3.RO) on Monday said is proposing its shareholders a gross dividend of RON0.0121 per share, which represents a yield of 5.58%, calculated at an average trading price per share during the January 1-December 31, 2018 period.
