Sipex Company Raises RON10.6M from Investors; Set to List on AeRO in Two Weeks

Sipex, a wholesaler of materials and finishes for constructions, on Friday, February 25, 2022, wound up the private placements via which it raised from investors RON10.62 million, accounting for around 8%-9% of the company’s share capital.
