Sphera Franchise Group To Pay Out RON42M Worth Of Dividends To Its Shareholders

Sphera Franchise Group (stock symbol: SFG), the company that manages KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants in Romania, has announced that on April 29 its shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of RON1.09 per share from the net result carried forward and related to financial years 2023-2024.
