Sphera Group Shareholders OK Share Capital Cut By RON10M, Stere Farmache Appointment To Executive Board

Shareholders of Sphera Group (SFG.RO), which operates KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants, approved the appointment of Stere Constantin Farmache as independent member of the company’s Board of Directors, and the reduction of the company’s share capital by RON10 million.
