The Bucharest - Ilfov region in Romania ranks third among the ten most dynamic regions in Eastern Europe from the perspective of the potential for foreign direct investments (FDI) and first in terms of business-friendly environment, as per a survey by fDi Intelligence, a division of the Financial Times, specialising in all areas relating to FDI and investment promotion.
