AKTA Gets EUR10M From EBRD For Development

The largest independent cable TV provider in Romania, which operates via two companies – Digital Cable Systems (DCS) and AKTA Telecom, using the AKTA brand, has taken out a EUR10 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), chief executive and minority shareholder Dinu Malacopol told ZF.
