AKTA Taps Mobile Telephony Market, In Partnership With Telekom

Digital Cable Systems (DCS), a cable telecom operator operating under the brand AKTA, is entering the mobile telephony services market, based on a contract signed with Telekom Romania Mobile Communications, and is thus completing its current offer of TV, fixed telephony and internet services.
