Brinel: We Will Continue To Hire

Marcel Borodi, chief executive of IT solutions provider Brinel, with a 77 million lei (over EUR18 million) turnover, says he plans to continue hirings amid increasing demand from clients and that he intends to acquire small companies to consolidate his business.

"We hired in 2010 and will continue to hire this year. We are always on the lookout for IT-skilled people," says Borodi, specifying he will hire software experts, IT project managers, business consultants and technical-commercial engineers to promote the company's solutions.

"We will boost the sales team and the software team by at least 25 experts," adds the head of the Cluj-based company.

Brinel also targets expansion this year. "We are looking carefully at companies involved in providing solutions and integrating IT systems as potential acquisition targets," says Borodi.

The company primarily targets the acquisition of companies that provide well-established niche solutions.
