Cable Operator UPC Romania Revenues Down 2.7% In 2011, To $143.5M

Cable operator UPC Romania reported a 2.7% decrease in revenues in 2011, to $143.5 million, and saw a significant decrease in its turnover slowdown rate, along with a 3.6% increase in the number of subscriptions, to 1.608 million, according to a report by parent company Liberty Global.
