Ducarroz, Orange: Packages With Unlimited Calls, Texts Won’t Change The Market

Telecom operators in Romania will someday launch offers including unlimited calls and text messages toward any network, the way it happens on other telecom markets. These packages, however, will not lead to massive customer migration from one provider to another, Julien Ducarroz, chief commercial officer of Orange, leader on the local telecom market, told ZF in an interview.
