EU Commissioner: Romania's Low Internet Penetration Is Unacceptable

The share of Romanians without Internet access, 54% of the total population, way above the EU average of 26%, is unacceptable, Neelie Kroes, Europe Commissioner for Digital Agenda, said Monday in Bucharest.
