Kapsch Makes EUR2M Acquisition In Romanian IT Market

Austrian group Kapsch, with EUR1 billion in annual turnover in IT, telecom and traffic management solutions, bought Squario IT Solutions and Focus Net Consulting – two local consulting and IT companies, with EUR2 million in turnover in 2011.
