Nica: Without Restructuring Plan, Posta Romana Will Go Under

The board of Romanian state-owned postal operator Posta Romana will discuss Friday a plan to restructure the company and avoid bankruptcy, entailing a new organization, and the sacking of 100 managers and 1,068 technical and administrative staff, said Communications Minister Dan Nica.
