Number Of Mobile Phone Subscriptions, Calling Cards In Romania Down 3.2% In 1H To 23.6M

The number of phone cards and subscriptions for mobile telephony services in Romania fell 3.2% in the first six months of the year to 23.6 million at the end of June, which caused the penetration rate to decrease by about 3 percentage points to 110.2%, telecom regulator ANCOM said Tuesday.
